Three former IBM executives, including the current TSR Chairman Joseph Hughes, plunged into the entrepreneurial waters of information technology in 1969 to form TSR. Its early market focus was offering mainframe computer time-sharing services as well as computer facilities management work. TSR’s services expanded to managing large and complex computer conversion projects, helping customers re-platform applications from one operating system environment or manufacturer to another.

Today’s TSR’s focus includes IT staffing augmentation and consulting services. And TSR remains ever vigilant as to how it might better serve its clients’ IT needs in the days and years ahead.
