Joseph F. Hughes
Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, President and Treasurer
Joseph F. Hughes serves as the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, President and Treasurer of TSR Inc. and has been Director since founding TSR in 1969. Prior to 1969, Mr. Hughes was employed by International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) in various systems engineering, marketing, and administrative positions.
Christopher Hughes
President and Director, TSR Consulting Services, Inc.
Christopher Hughes serves as President of TSR Consulting Services Inc. Mr. Hughes has been a Director of TSR Inc. since January, 2005. He has been employed by TSR Inc. since 1983 and became Vice President-Sales for TSR Inc.'s computer programming services subsidiary in 1994.
John G. Sharkey
Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, Secretary and Controller
John G. Sharkey serves as the Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Controller and Secretary of TSR Inc. From 1987 until joining TSR Inc. in October 1990, Mr. Sharkey was a Controller of a publicly held electronics manufacturer. From 1984 to 1987, he served as a Deputy Auditor of a commercial bank, having responsibility over the internal audit department. Prior to 1984, Mr. Sharkey was employed by KPMG LLP as a Senior Accountant. Mr. Sharkey has a Masters in Finance from Adelphi University.
