Aha! Administrator – Contract (REMOTE)

Our client, a leading financial company, is hiring an Aha! Administrator on a contract basis.

Work Location



Build workspaces and workflows for each product to reflect how we want work to progress through the Aha! tool and into Jira

  • Build product workspaces in a strategic way so that managers will be able to view reporting across multiple products in one business unit
  • Create default reports that managers will want to see regarding their products
  • Test with our Jira team to make sure the data flows through the integration and back as expected prior to go live
  • Answer questions from new users as they get started on the tool and recommend best practices and suggest efficient ways for product associates to use the system
  • Document the users’ questions to build out an FAQ/Sharepoint page
  • Recommend to client how we can increase adoption and utility of the tool
  • Liaise with the Aha software company on questions client has, our enhancements requests of them, etc.
  • New responsibilities will be added to this role once Aha! onboarding is complete


  • Prior experience as an Aha! Product Success Manager or administrator is required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in a product management role or on a product operations team is preferred
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is desired


  • Understand the process and inputs required when creating product roadmaps
  • Experience demonstrating and training users on a tool and conveying excitement about the features and benefits a user will gain through adoption
  • Ability to conceive workarounds and creative solutions to challenges
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, across multiple and diverse business and systems groups and participate in continual process improvement
  • Ability to handle and prioritize your time when pulled in multiple directions
