Our client, a leading financial services company is hiring a Business / Data Analyst on a long-term contract basis.

Work Location:

Tampa, FL


  • RMO (Resource Management Organization) Business Analyst will be responsible for collection, verification and analysis/reporting of real estate, headcount forecasting, and associated desktop equipment efforts.
  • Assist in preparation of reporting, scorecards and data collection templates.
  • Coordinate timely collection and verification of reports and artifacts.
  • Analyze data and compile required metrics including trend analysis.
  • Prepare global space listing reports for distribution to internal clients.
  • Facilitate internal real estate related moves, adds and changes.
  • Provide support for on-going maintenance and management of data on SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience including analytical skills to recognize trends and anomalies.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact efficiently with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple deliverables in a large/global corporate environment.
  • Self-motivated, flexible and ability to work well independently.
  • Willing to take personal responsibility and accountability.


  • Minimum BS/BA Degree
