Our client, a leading financial company, is hiring a Digital Ad Manager on a contract basis.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ADOBE target and adobe audience manager


As a Digital Ad Manager, you will be responsible for setup and execution of marketing campaigns in the digital channels. You will manage the end to end campaign flow for client Owned Media Digital Ads by working with Technology and Business Owners to drive conversions for existing and new campaigns.

Key Accountabilities


Business owner of the current Adobe suite of products used to manage ad execution which include Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target

Increase the use of marketing ads for existing customers in the digital space while controlling frequency, duration and testing

Responsible for formulating a vision around how these products will work together to deliver the best possible customer experience and the highest speed to market

Partner directly with business owners to evaluate the priority of marketing ads

Maintain and enhance the reporting of impressions, clicks, and conversions of marketing campaigns

Stakeholder Management and Leadership

Daily oversight of Digital Ad campaigns

Ensure campaign calendar is aligned with stakeholder prioritization

Central point of contact for campaign requests (intake)

Maintain relationships with business leads and technology for program approvals and controls

Appropriately update and engage Management as needed

Decision-making and Problem Solving

Strong self-starter who can proactively engage a virtual, cross organizational team without formal direction

Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ability to proactively identify issues

Understand roadblocks and work within the organization to identify and implement solutions



Risk and Control Objective


Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal client Policies and Policy Standards.


Person Specification


College degree in business or other relevant field

Experience in a major corporation or ad agency supporting marketing campaign execution

Proven track record of customer support and service with experience in developing customer facing content

Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines, and have the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities

Desire to learn and be part of developing new ways of doing business in the credit card
