Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is hiring a Digital Collaboration Contractor on a contract basis.

Summary

As a Digital Collaboration Contractor, you will be a part of our team of resident SharePoint and MS Teams experts and contributors responsible for integrating Microsoft collaboration capabilities into the solutions we deliver to our internal customers. This role will work closely with the Tech Productivity Leads in support of demand management and provide operational support across all aspects of a Digital Collaboration Project (typically configuring SharePoint or MS Teams Workspaces).

 

Working with the Tech Productivity Leads you will be expected to execute tasks/deliverables associated with a SharePoint Site and/or project including but not limited to:

 

• Building New Digital Collaboration Workspaces in SharePoint and MS Teams

• Meeting with stakeholders to understand business needs

• Configuring SharePoint Sites

• Creating/Maintaining SharePoint Security Permission Models

• Creating/Maintaining Documentation

• Performing Workspace Health Checks

• Metrics

 

In delivering this work, you will be expected to:

• Have strong Customer Service Skills

• Troubleshoot user challenges with Digital Collaboration Workspaces

• Share best practices across the team

• Communicate clearly, apply strong writing and presentation skills

• Work independently and within a team structure

• Manage time appropriately and pivot given changing organizational priorities

 

Qualifications

 

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft 365 Suite

• 2+ years of experience building SharePoint Sites or other types of websites

• Project management, customer service, and organization skills

• Familiarity with gathering business requirements from stakeholders

• Familiarity with business process flow mapping

• Familiarity with Microsoft Team Channel Workspaces and Microsoft Power Platform a plus
