Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is hiring a Legal Clerk on a contract basis.

Work Location

Lawrenceville, NJ

Summary

 

• Inventories, Files, indexes and codes legal documents and legal document folders

• Enters File Room Inventory into data spreadsheet templates

• Prepares and Boxes Legal Files for off-site storage

• Provides attorneys and legal staff with requested information on a daily basis.

• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

• Must be able to work independently and meet project deadlines

• Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor.

 

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma required; Associates Degree Preferred

• Minimum 3 years working in a similar type of role

• Experience with MS Office and MS Excel is required

• Self-starter that can work independently

• Good time-management skills
