Our client, a leading financial company, is hiring a Procurement Associate III on a contract basis.

Summary

FEDERAL SUBCONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

Participates in preparing and negotiating teaming agreement/non-disclosure agreement and strategic go-to-market activities between the firm and other companies.

Supports negotiations of subcontract terms and conditions from proposal stage to project close-out in accordance with relevant regulations and internal approvals.

Coordinates approval of negotiations and subcontracts with appropriate management and internal reviews (including Office of General Counsel, etc.)

Administers subcontracts, including supporting negotiation, correspondence, documentation, certification, and regulatory reporting in coordination with subcontracts management.

Advises leadership and engagement management of contractual rights, obligations and risks; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical subcontract information.

Responsible for ensuring subcontracts related documents are maintained accurately and on a timely basis in accordance with customer and firm requirements.
