Client & Description: Holistic Impact Teardown (HIT) Team is a front-end client development engine to drive opportunities for Holistic Impact discussions and open up transformation opportunities; Group is led jointly by senior leaders from the Strategy & Corporate Finance (S&CF) and Client Transformation (MT) Practices

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

Develop a holistic investor thesis for clients and prospective clients across a wide range of industries by leveraging firm’s Holistic Impact framework that covers 5 elements, i.e. financial and operational elements (shareholder value creation), capabilities, health and the workforce, customers, and social and environmental impact

Participate in the delivery of the holistic impact teardown to senior CST leaders (SPs/Ps) and clients where necessary

Develop client-ready communications that highlight opportunities to drive holistic transformation discussions

Coordinate with other module owners (org, ESG, M&S, S&CF, MT), synthesize findings, and develop full HIT document

Help to systematize, improve, and radiate the approach for developing the holistic impact teardown

Skills:

Outstanding project and process management skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Superb client service skills with both creative and analytical mind-set. Be of mature disposition and personable, and able to work well within teams across continents/time zones. Highly collaborative, yet able to function well independently. Creative problem solver and natural entrepreneur; comfort with ambiguity. Pragmatic approach and solution minded Top notch security and confidentiality standards.

Education:

Masters Degree in Business or equivalent degree from a top tier university
