Our client, a leading Health Services company is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator on a contract basis.

Work Location

New York, NY

Summary

Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and the Sr Director of Talent Acquisition to determine best practices
Become an Applicant Tracking System expert able to make administrative changes and improvements

Create and analyze reports in the Applicant Tracking System to provide usable and valuable data for the company

Work with the HRBP team to gather headcount requests, verify data, and enter into Applicant Tracking System
Manage Vendor relationships and contracts

Research new recruiting tools and make recommendations to Talent Acquisition team
Update Talent Acquisition information on the corporate intranet and onboarding portal

Monitor and update requisition postings for compliance

Help to create Branding as to working for WebMD and its affiliates

Track and submit invoices for the Talent function

Schedule all VP/Executive level interviews

Periodically schedule interviews for other roles depending on volume

Maintain and update the Talent Acquisition departments SOP Manuals

Manage Intern Recruiting and oversee Intern Program

Participate in Diversity Outreach programs

Required Skills    

Effective in working with people at all levels in the organization

Experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, and HR operations
Proficiency with Jobvite required
Advanced MS Excel skills
