Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team to ensure our company capitalizes on the benefits offered by our CRM system. Salesforce Administrator responsibilities include creating user accounts, maintaining our sales databases, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products.
???????The role will assist where needed in day-to-day admin tasks such as the monitoring of support ticket queues, conduct testing and maintaining the platform, while providing expertise and best practices when implementing new functionality.
You will be working with a SF Developer to ensure our organization utilizes different tools and capabilities offered by Salesforce effectively and efficiently.
We’re looking for someone with migration experience between separate SF instances.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform Salesforce administrator functions including maintenance/updates, system backups, security, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
Play a key role implementing our Salesforce architecture
Prioritizes projects based on business need, timing, and resources
Provide change logs and documentation on updates made to the platform including but not limited to: user audit trails, workflow processes, reporting, and analytics
Responsible for configuring and customizing the CRM environment based upon business and functional requirements
Responsible for providing governance and best practices with integrating new systems, installing 3rd party applications, and upgrading the Salesforce environment
Address user questions, aggregate and prioritize user feedback, and plan and implement Salesforce enhancements based on personal expertise, user feedback and organizational goals
Participate in cross-functional teams that address issues involving CRM and business operations, act in a consultative capacity to ensure Salesforce optimization
Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
As part of the business, the Admin works with functional leadership across the business to capture business requirements for Salesforce, that improve sales, AM and customer support processes, reporting, business analysis
Overseas and assists provision of technical assistance and training to end users, management, etc. On-going production support
Keep abreast of and communicate new Salesforce features and functionality that can be leveraged by the organization.
Collaborates with SF groups across the wider client representing the needs of Provider Services
Required Skills
1) Experience with migration/coordination between 2 separate Salesforce instances.
2) Experience with ANT Migration or other Deployment Tools
3) Experience with Data Migration Tools
4) Experience with Integrations (i.e. to back-office systems)
5) Experience with APEX, SOQL, XML, Javascript
3+ years in Salesforce development/administration experience with a familiarity with Force.com applications
Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
Experience in creating custom objects, validation rules, workflows, process automation, reporting, and dashboards
Problem-solving abilities to identify and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
Detail-oriented with excellent organization and project management skills
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization, have good interpersonal skills, and display good teamwork
Team player, self-starter, and motivated with the ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines
Can operate independently and prioritize work requirements with minimal supervision
Sound ethical judgment and the ability to be trusted to work with sensitive information
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare industry, prior Sales, and Training experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Hubspot/Eloqua integration experience
Experience with Salesforce.com Web Services APIs – Force.com SOAP and REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API
Experience with Forecasts, ZynBit, Conga, Jitterbit, Steelbrick/Salesforce CPQ, SOQL or SQL
Experience and knowledge of Lightning Experience functionality and implementation
