Our client, a leading financial services company is hiring a Sales Support Analyst on a long-term contract basis.

Summary:

  • The Sales Support Representative is a trainee professional role which integrates in-depth specialty wide range knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices; responsible for participating in a range of sales and client support activities including analysis of sales and settlement outcomes, creation of proposals in coordination with the Consumer Sales team, new client enrollment, point of sale products, and facilitation of product training. They are expected to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and must be able to exchange information in a concise way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity. The overall objective of this role is to assist in providing a full range of client support services to salespeople and client segments. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided.
  • Assist multiple production support functions to aid partners in fulfilling; dealer enrolments, point of sale set up, training, technical support, settlement, and sales requirements.
  • Handling in and outbound calls, emails, communication with dealers across 15 partnerships, internal teams, and customers at the highest level of quality and service.
  • Uses strong communication skills to exchange information in a concise and logical manner.
  • Resolves basic to moderately complex dealer concerns effectively and timely through collaboration with key constituents, while applying high-level knowledge of multiple dealer models.
  • Extensive interaction and partner with Field Sales teams to address issues.
  • Ability to research and reconcile dealer issues based on information within the system.
  • Makes evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information.
  • Support strategic initiatives and marketing programs to assist in maximizing in-location new applications, credit sales and penetration results.
  • Ability to thrive and quickly change in a high paced team environment.
  • Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information.
  • Completes all assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Recommend new options to enhance productivity in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Delivery and administration of access media and sales tools and assist in the overflow of digital self -service media.
  • Monitor controls based on regulatory and reporting requirements.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding the business, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Required Skills:

  • 3 – 5+ years of field sales or retail service experience
  • Strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills
  • Must be flexible and reliable to meet business needs
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with all levels of internal management and partners as well as with external customers, partners, and dealers
  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems
  • Must have high energy and be self-motivated
  • Must be able to multi-task and respond to a variety of situations
