Our client is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator on a contract basis.
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support high volume hourly recruitment for hires made in our factories across the US (east coast + midwest).
This person can sit remotely but must be able to support hiring events as early as 8am EST.
Support Factory Recruiters throughout end-to-end recruitment process with job postings, candidate communications, background check processing & review, hiring event coordination support, interview scheduling and more. This individual will also support with vacancy tracking and overall candidate status for each factory, especially after hiring events.
Experience in an ATS such as Workday a plus, experience with any background check vendor will be helpful.
-Customer-service oriented mindset, excellent communications and positive response rate a must.
-Experience in any ATS a plus, preferably Workday.
-Experience supporting high volume hiring (manufacturing, distribution center, retail, hospitality, etc.) a huge plus.
