Our client is hiring a Recruiter on a contract basis.

Summary:

Contract Recruiter – Supply Chain Planning
Our Talent Advisors are the owners of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and partner with managers and interview teams on a seamless hiring experience. You will be closely aligned to support our Supply Chain Planning department to staff our corporate office and at times factory locations in the US with supply and demand planning professionals. You will partner with the business to understand their hiring needs and then develop a plan to execute the appropriate recruitment solution.

As a Talent Advisor, you manage from job posting to offer and everything in between. We partner, consult, advise and coach our line managers through each step of the process while offering a positive and engaging candidate experience for all talent (internal and external). You will work with other HR Centers of Excellence including Compensation and Benefits (Rewards), HR Data Specialists, Global Mobility (as necessary) and HR Business Partners.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
•Bachelor Degree required.
•4+ years of recruitment experience is required (mix of agency and corporate preferred).
•Previous experience in an ATS required (preferably Workday), in addition to preferable experience with AI tools such as a HiredScore.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.

•We’re looking for energetic and passionate individuals who want to be part of a dynamic environment. You must be able to work well on a large, fast paced team.
